Haryana: Congress Leader Himani Narwal Murdered, Body Found in Suitcase

A disturbing and sensational incident has emerged from Rohtak, Haryana, where Congress woman leader Himani Narwal has been murdered. Her body was discovered inside a suitcase, leading to an immediate investigation by the police. The body was found early in the morning in the Sampala area of Rohtak. Initially, the police treated it as an unidentified corpse, but later, Congress MLA Bharat Bhushan Batra identified the body as that of Himani Narwal.

Himani Narwal was actively involved in Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra and was also engaged in election campaigning for Congress leaders Bhupender Hooda and Deepender Hooda in Rohtak. This incident has caused a major stir in local politics. The Congress party has demanded a high-level investigation into the matter and criticized the state government for its handling of law and order issues.

Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupender Hooda also expressed his condolences, saying on social media that the murder of a young woman and the discovery of her body in a suitcase is deeply distressing and shocking. He further added that this incident reflects poorly on the law and order situation in the state and urged for an impartial investigation to ensure justice for the victim’s family.
