Even then, there was a lot of discussion in Punjab that these floods in Punjab did not come naturally, but were brought by the government so that Sikhs, Punjabis and Punjab could be eliminated, the agricultural business should be destroyed, they should be given a big blow economically and from all sides, and they should be taught a lesson, made to believe and run according to their own wishes. Every Sikh and Punjabi should understand that this is not natural, but a government disaster. When the government already knew through the meteorological department that there would be more rain this time, why was the control of the dams not kept properly in advance. If instead of releasing water all at once, they had released it gradually, then we would not have had to see these days! Has the government also been waiting and making arrangements to fill the dams? Today, when many areas of Punjab are submerged by water, neither the state government nor the central government is taking care of it. The Jharu Party and the BJP are not worried about Punjab. Even the embankments of the rivers have not been strengthened here. Now that the embankments have broken, the people of Punjab are standing firm on their own. There is no sign of the police and army, everyone is fast asleep. On the other hand, Sikh organizations like Khalsa Aid, Shiromani Committee, Baba Sukha Singh Sarhali Wale, Kar Sewa Wale Mahapurush, Baba Deep Singh Sewa Dal Garhdiwal, Akali Dal Waris Punjab and others are performing their duty well. A few days ago, communal Hindutvas had prepared a video through AI in which the sacred building of Sri Darbar Sahib Amritsar was shown collapsing in the destruction of water and Sikhs drowning. We understood then that now the government was preparing to drown Sikhs in water. The government does not only kill people by shooting, but also commits genocide against the Panth and Punjab by bringing unnatural floods. Even in 2023, Punjabis were fully convinced that Punjab was not allowed to interfere in the Bhakra-Beas Management Board and now the Delhi Darbar is implementing arbitrary decisions through its members. People think that all the members of this board are responsible, but when they receive orders from above, they are not capable of opposing wrong decisions. It should be remembered that in 1988, a ten-foot high wall of river water brought destruction to Punjab. From September 25 to September 28, 1988, due to the sudden release of water from the Bhakra without warning, 9000 villages of Punjab were surrounded by floods and the water swept away everything. Out of these, 2500 villages were completely submerged or washed away. This flood destroyed 3.4 million people. It was common knowledge that floods were brought to destroy the strongholds of the Jujharu Singhs in the Mand area of ​​Majha. When the Jujharu Singhs shot the chairman of the Bhakra Beas Management Board, Major General B.N. Tiwari, who was accused of this atrocity, with bullets, people considered it justice.

Even now, it is being believed that the central government is using the Bhakra water as a weapon and can destroy Punjab whenever it wants. The chaos that has been spread in Punjab by bringing floods is being believed in Punjab as revenge for the farmers' struggle. It is also believed that a lesson is being taught to Punjab, which is fighting for river waters. When the people of Punjab were trapped in distress, the Hindutva mentality was praying that 'Oh God, destroy their crops and their species.'

Even in 1988, Haryana leader Bhajan Lal rubbed salt in the wounds of Punjabis by calling the floods 'God's mercy' and even now Hindus are being taunted on social media that the people of Punjab are saying that the Sutlej Yamuna Link canal should not be built, that water should not be given to Haryana and Rajasthan, now fill envelopes and buckets with water and keep it, when the canals of Rajasthan were dry, people in Punjab were suffering due to floods but Rajasthan refused to take water. Like in 1988, now the national media is not giving any news about the people of Punjab fighting the floods, whereas in any other state of India, if a Hindu child falls into a borewell, this media gives news instantly. Only a few outside Punjab would know how much suffering people in Punjab are suffering due to floods. When the floods are not even discussed in the Indian media, then what does the government have to give to Punjab. Even in 1988 and even now, the central government has not taken any note of Punjab. They certainly make statements, exploit and drama but they do not hold Punjab's hand. The negative and disappointing attitude of the Punjab government regarding not reporting the floods in Punjab and not providing financial assistance and all this makes it clear that the conspiracy to destroy Punjab is deep. Even now, the center has approved the release of Rs 1066 crore to the six flood-affected states, but the center has not yet announced any economic package for Punjab, let alone expressed any sorrow. The central government had approved Rs 1,066.80 crore last month for the flood and landslide-affected states of Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Kerala and Uttarakhand as part of the central share under SDRF, which was released recently. What will you expect from the central government but the center should not expect anything good from the Punjabis. Even Ravneet Bittu from Ludhiana has not spoken yet, he must be dancing after seeing the drowning crops. The one who used to say "I was defeated by the farmers".

We remember that during the floods in 2023, when the Hindu mentality was irritating the Sikhs, Pakistan had won the hearts of Punjabis by opening a floodgate on its side. When the people of Punjab were singing the praises of Pakistan, the Hindu mentality was completely rotten and was taunting them even more. In this atmosphere, the people of Punjab started sharing happiness and sorrow among themselves.

Today, Pakistan's Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has said that "first of all, water should be drained from Gurdwara Sri Kartarpur Sahib, so that the Sikh community can have ease, because this is their holy place."

Trolleys carrying Guru ke Langar, medicines and fodder for animals and other essential items started coming out of every village in Punjab. The situation became such that whenever a trolley reached a village, the villagers would laugh and say that the flood had caused damage here too, but from our village, they themselves had filled the trolleys and sent them to the villages beyond because their condition was worse than ours. Here I remembered one thing that in the chaos that arose after the Taliban took over Kabul, a baker in Kabul started distributing free bread saying that if anyone did not have money, then they would get it for free.

He said that although we Afghans are not very rich, our hearts are very rich. Some people around him encouraged him that you should not worry about money, we will give money for this work. Since that day, the bakery owner has been distributing bread free of cost to the needy people of Kabul 24 hours a day. This is a real example of Guru Nanak Sahib's distribution. This is what happened during the floods in Punjab. The Hindutva mentality is very angry that we did not let their news come out of Punjab, the government did not join hands, but they cooperated with each other and Pakistan has raised slogans for them, although this time in August 2025, there has been a lot of loss of life and property in Pakistan due to the floods. But in this environment, the Sikh mentality thinks that we do not need India and Hindus. Even if Khalistan is formed, we are capable. We can defend ourselves. We are not dependent on India. The difference, distance and hatred between Sikh consciousness and Hindutva consciousness will increase further due to floods. The dispute between Hindutva civilization and Sikh civilization is becoming more bitter day by day and turning into a conflict. Seeing the scoundrels and lowly hands of Hindutvas, Sikhs feel angry that they have even found an enemy. It is easy to fight a lion and even if we lose to a lion, we are proud that we lost to a lion. But fighting a pig is always a bad thing because even after winning a fight with a pig, our clothes get stained with dirt. When someone remembers the story of losing a fight with a lion, everyone enjoys bringing that scene before their eyes, but when they remember the story of winning a fight with a pig, they feel disgusted and remember the man covered in dirt. It is said that after the Ram Temple and many other issues were resolved, one of the new issues that Hindutvas have raised is that the Saraswati river, which is mentioned in ancient Hindu scriptures, should be revived and a new river should be dug from Himachal to the Ghaggar river near Chandigarh-Panchkula so that Hindutvas can be deceived that see how great the Modi government is. It is said that the idea behind bringing floods in Punjab is to mentally prepare the people of Punjab to pour water from Bhakra into some new river to stop the floods. The word 'Saraswati' has an emotional connection with the Hindu mentality. Naturally, when there is a discussion about revealing the Saraswati river, the common Hindus will like the Modi government. The fear of floods will always remain in Punjab and the government will use this weapon whenever it wants. But the people of Punjab say that the nature of the enemy is always known, also, preparation is going on in a war atmosphere at every moment and the mentality of fighting and struggle is always raised. It is prayed to Guru Patshah Ji that even in the face of such troubles, the Khalsa Panth and the country of Punjab always remain in the best condition. The Indian government must be thinking that the Sikhs will fall and become our needy but the Khalsa does not accept anyone's subordination, rather even in these floods and disasters, the Khalsa stands firm and is giving the message of the good of all.
