Maryam Nawaz Extends Financial Support to Renowned Singer Sardar Jasbir Singh

On the special instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Special Assistant to CM Rashid Nasrullah met renowned patriotic singer Sardar Jasbir Singh and handed over a cheque of financial assistance to support him during his difficult time.

Sardar Jasbir Singh, who inspired the nation with his soulful patriotic songs, had recently requested help from the Chief Minister due to financial constraints. Responding promptly, Maryam Nawaz Sharif ensured the provision of necessary support, considering it her responsibility to stand by artists in need.

Speaking on the occasion, Rashid Nasrullah said:

“Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz considers artists as the pride and identity of our society and always encourages them in every possible way. She greatly values their contribution and services to the nation.”

Maryam Nawaz also conveyed her heartfelt wishes and prayers for Sardar Jasbir Singh’s speedy recovery, reaffirming her commitment to the welfare and dignity of artists in Punjab.
