Sant Bhindranwale Lives in the Hearts of the Sikh Nation: Bhai Gurpreet Singh

Amritsar, March 16 — Kanwar Pratap Singh

Bhai Gurpreet Singh of Damdami Taksal said that government officials and police officers who, out of feelings of hatred, want to remove the pictures of Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale from Sikh vehicles and are calling the Sant a terrorist should refrain from doing so. The Sikh community will never tolerate this.
He said that Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa was a great leader of the Khalsa Panth, a brave commander, a national martyr, and one of the greatest Sikhs of the twentieth century, as well as a source of inspiration for Sikhs. Sikhs will never accept government orders against the display of the Sant’s pictures. Whether in Punjab or any other state of India, Sikhs will continue to display his pictures in their homes, shops, and vehicles.
He further said that if anyone forcibly removes even one picture of Sant Bhindranwale, Sikhs will put up thousands more and will firmly oppose anyone who tries to touch or remove the picture. Sant Bhindranwale lives in the hearts and minds of every Sikh, and his pictures are also prominently displayed abroad.
He added that in memory of the Sant, a gurdwara has been established within the premises of Golden Temple, and his pictures are displayed in museums.
