Better Use of Trust Properties Will Strengthen Board’s Revenue: Qamar Zaman

LAHORE (Nazrana Times): Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Chairman Qamar Zaman formally inaugurated the Board’s newly constructed building in Multan, saying better utilization of valuable trust properties and increasing revenue were among the institution’s priorities.

ETPB Secretary Nasir Mushtaq, Multan Zone Administrator Mir Waiz, Deputy Administrator Multan Muhammad Ismail and other relevant officers attended the ceremony.

New Building Expected to Generate Additional Revenue

Speaking to media representatives, Qamar Zaman said effective use of the new building would generate additional income and strengthen the Board’s financial resources.

He said practical measures were underway to make trust properties an effective source of revenue.

Action Against Illegal Occupants and Defaulters

The chairman said strict action was being taken against illegal occupants and defaulters on trust properties. He added that improving the use of the Board’s valuable assets and maximizing income from them remained key priorities.

Qamar Zaman directed the relevant officers to take practical measures for the effective utilization and renovation of other Board properties, with the aim of increasing revenue and further strengthening the institution’s finances.
