Governments should make efforts for the rehabilitation of youth deported from America - Brahmpura, Sheikh

The government should compensate the economic losses of the youth

Speaking in favor of the youth who are being continuously deported from America, Shiromani Akali Dal Vice President and former MLA from Khadoor Sahib Ravinder Singh Brahmpura and former Chairman Gursewak Singh Sheikh said in a joint statement that it is a good thing that the Punjab Chief Minister and a Union Minister went to embrace the youth being landed at the Amritsar airport, but showing sympathy alone will not do anything, but the governments should start efforts for the rehabilitation of these youth. They said that most of the youth who returned had gone after taking loans or selling their lands and now after returning, they will be under pressure to pay off their loans along with maintaining their household.

What is most needed now is for the Punjab and central governments to support them.
