Global Sikh Council releases three versions of original Nanakshahi calendar to align Gurpurabs and historical days across the world.

 The Global Sikh Council (GSC) has released the original Nanakshahi calendar in response to the growing demand from Sikh communities around the world to celebrate Gurpurabs and historical days on a single date. This calendar has been carefully prepared with the help of Sikh calendar experts, ensuring precise and historically accurate dates for Sikh events. The Global Sikh Council is very proud and happy to release this calendar. To meet different needs, GSC has prepared three different versions of the calendar: 1. A special calendar for children – A very colorful and interesting calendar has been prepared for young children to learn and explore Sikh history. 2. One-page calendar – A very simple version for easy reference. 3. 15-page full calendar – An expanded version for a deeper understanding of Sikh historical dates. These calendars are available for free download on our website: www.globalsikhcouncil.org. Additionally, Sikh Gurdwaras, institutions and individuals who wish to print copies for distribution can request the printing file by emailing [email protected]. While GSC encourages all Sikhs around the world to adopt and follow the original Nanakshahi calendar, it also ensures consistency in the celebration of Sikh historical events.
