Federal Ombudsman Naveed Kamran Baloch Visits Lahore Office, Meets Chief Secretary Punjab — Emphasis on Technology-Driven Public Service Delivery

Federal Ombudsman Mr. Naveed Kamran Baloch visited the Regional Office Lahore, where Member In-Charge Mr. Waqas Ali Mahmood briefed him on the office’s performance. 
The Federal Ombudsman appreciated the performance of the Regional Office and reiterated his commitment to enhancing public service delivery through organizational restructuring and the promotion of modern technology. He emphasized expanding the scope of IRD (Informal Resolution of Disputes) and informed that a dedicated wing has been established to ensure prompt and informal redressal of public complaints.
 He also directed officers to actively implement the OCR program by reaching out at the tehsil level to address public grievances effectively.
 Later, the Federal Ombudsman met Chief Secretary Punjab, Mr. Zahid Akhtar Zaman, who thanked him and assured full cooperation from the provincial government.
