SGPC Allocates ₹13.44 Lakh for Sikligar and Vanjara Sikh Children's Education

Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) has allocated ₹13.44 lakh to cover the school and college fees of Sikligar and Vanjara Sikh children. This financial assistance aims to ensure uninterrupted education for these students.

Commitment to Education

SGPC members Bhai Rajinder Singh Mehta, S. Surjit Singh Bhittewad, Dharam Prachar Committee member S. Sukhvarsh Singh Pannu, and Secretary S. Balwinder Singh Kahlwan personally handed over the amount to educational institutions in Raipur and Chhattisgarh, benefiting 111 Sikh students.

Annual Fee Payment Initiative

Bhai Rajinder Singh Mehta stated that SGPC has been following this initiative for several years to empower Sikligar and Vanjara Sikh children through education. The organization ensures that the full year's fees are paid in one go, allowing students to focus on their studies without financial worries.

A Commitment to a Better Future

During the handover event, Incharge S. Gurmeet Singh Shaini and Gurdwara Inspector S. Mohandeep Singh were also present. They emphasized that this effort will continue in the coming years to support Sikh students in attaining quality education and becoming self-reliant.
