Swing seat belt broken in fair, swing kept rotating 360 degrees, boy kept screaming

Last night in Laser Valley located in Sector-10, just opposite the ongoing Rose Festival in Chandigarh, the seat belt of a 360-degree rotating swing broke and a youth fell from the seat but the high-speed swing kept rotating 360 degrees. The boy kept banging here and there inside the swing and kept screaming to stop the swing but the operator did not pay any attention to it.

During this, the youth was injured and was admitted to Sector-16 Hospital, where he was treated. He has serious injuries on his face. He said that when he climbed into the swing to take the swing, the seat belt attached with tape broke in the first round.

The swing had a cabin, due to which the youth fell inside the swing. The swing had three rounds and the swing kept rotating 360 degrees but its operator did not hear the sound. Abhishek, the brother of the injured youth, claimed that when the swing operator came to know that the accident had taken place, he fled from the spot.
