Federal Ombudsman's Lahore Incharge Chairs Monthly Performance Review Meeting

Mr. Waqas Ali Mehmood, Incharge of the Federal Ombudsman's Lahore Office, chaired a monthly meeting with officers of the Regional Office, Lahore. The session was convened to review the performance and administrative affairs of the regional office.
During the meeting, a detailed assessment was conducted regarding the workload of officers and the disposal rate of pending cases. The Incharge reviewed the progress metrics to ensure efficient functioning of the office.
Issuing directives to the officers, Mr. Waqas Ali Mehmood instructed them to make every possible effort to ensure the implementation of decisions. He emphasized the need to promptly remove any obstacles hindering the implementation phase to provide timely relief to the public.
Concluding the meeting, the Member Incharge appreciated the overall performance of the Regional Office. He encouraged the officers to continue serving the public with the same passion and dedication.
